Ever since I decided to go with a more plant-based in my diet 7 months ago, cooking has become a huge part of my life--something I rarely did and have never truly enjoyed doing just of myself. So it took me a long time to figure out what kind of lunch box I wanted and spent hours searching for something that I felt would work for me. I didn't ant a big, hunky thing or would take up a lot of space both filled and not filled. When I saw this one--I knew it was the perfect one and I LOVE the design of it.
It's neoprene so it stretches, is flexible and accommodates various small-sized containers. You can't fit a 5-course meal in there but I find that I can fit enough just for my lunches. Again, I wanted something a bit more compact as I didn't want to take too much with me on a daily basis. The zipper is nice thick and the handle sturdy, and the thickness of the material is nice too. It's easy to clean and store when I'm not using it. Does it keep my food cold if I don't put it in the fridge? For a couple of hours maybe but I wouldn't put it in my desk drawer all day if something needs to stay cold. It's not an cooler, just something to keep your food moderately comfortable for a short period of time.
I'm definitely considering getting another one by this company since I like the other graphic designs I've seen. I also liked that the packaging was as eco-friendly as the company could make it and I recycled most of it!
